Join the RMZ Women’s Ministry for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer!

Rising Mt. Zion Baptist Church invites everyone to join the RMZ Women’s Ministry Team as we walk together in the 25th Annual Making Strides of Central Virginia in support of the fight against breast cancer.

Saturday, October 17, 2026
Monroe Park | 620 W. Main Street, Richmond, VA

Festivities begin at 9:00 AM | Walk begins at 10:00 AM

This is more than a walk—it is an opportunity to celebrate survivors, honor those we have lost, support those currently fighting, and stand together in hope for a future without breast cancer.

We encourage our entire RMZ family and community to participate. Bring your mother, brother, sister, friend, coworker, neighbor, or anyone who wants to walk for a cause that touches so many of our families. Park & Ride Registration

Due to anticipated traffic congestion and limited parking near Monroe Park on event day, we strongly encourage participants to take advantage of our Park & Ride shuttle service.

Additional information regarding the parking location, arrival time, shuttle schedule, and return transportation will be provided to everyone who registers.
